Ermanno Delia

Born in Roma (Italy), on 20.12.1964. Graduated in Mathematics (1989), Specialization in European Private Law (1993), International Contract Law (1994) and European Law of Consumerism (1996). Working for 10 years within Telecom Italia Group, being active for several years within the board of AIIP, obtaining new important law (L. 59/02, Equipollence OLO-ISP). Member since 1997 of the Editor Board of the magazine "Sistemi di Telecomunicazioni", writing regularly even on other magazines (e.g. 'Internet Magazine').

Marc Bouché
